Founded in 2012, Interiors and More initially focused on trading artificial flowers, gradually expanding into decorative items such as vases, plants, lighting, furniture, and other related décor items. Over the years, they have evolved into a manufacturer and trader of quality artificial flowers, plants, and home and office décor items, sourcing raw materials both domestically and internationally.
As a business strategy, the management decided to first develop a deep understanding of the artificial flower business by conducting only trading activities while preparing to set up its own production facility, which is a critical business decision. She wanted to expand her expertise on the various parameters and other ancillary activities of her business. Based on their initial market research and management analysis, they came to the conclusion that the overall success of their business would depend on various factors if they set up a manufacturing facility.
